The one Billion $ question? Seriously this is part of my todays speech addressed to Swiss Bankers and Asset-Managers about trust and reputation in high-level networks.*************************************************************************************
After the Speech:
I am really surprised that so many Swiss (and Liechtensteiner) Bankers are using their social network profile actively online. But I also wonder that they are hardly aware that their (U)HNWI clients do so, too. Let us hope, Bankers are starting to integrate the virtual world into their communication strategy. Whatever they do, all their action should be based on trust. Trust and reputation is only earned (on- and offline) through authentic, transparent and honest communication over time.
Thanks to the team and audience, it was a very inspiring lunch lecture and discussion.
